Here's the recipe for a healthy and light snack: Oven-Roasted Chickpea Chips
Ingredients:
1 cup cooked chickpeas
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon cumin
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F).
Drain the cooked chickpeas in a colander and pat them dry with a paper towel.
Place the chickpeas in a bowl and add olive oil, sea salt, paprika, garlic powder, and cumin. Mix well to ensure the chickpeas are evenly coated with the spices.
Spread the seasoned chickpeas in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chickpeas are golden brown and crispy. Shake the baking sheet occasionally to ensure even roasting.
Once done, remove from the oven and let the chickpeas cool. They will become crunchier as they cool.
