Green Protein Smoothie: The Perfect Post-Workout Drink

Green Protein Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 large banana
  • 1 handful of spinach leaves
  • 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter (or almond butter)
  • 1 cup almond milk (or your preferred milk type)
  • 1 scoop vanilla-flavored protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 cup ice (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Slice the banana and add it to the blender.
  2. Add the spinach leaves, peanut butter, almond milk, and protein powder.
  3. Add the chia seeds and honey (or maple syrup).
  4. Add ice (if you prefer a cold smoothie).
  5. Blend on high speed until all ingredients are smooth and well combined.
  6. Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately.

  • Protein: 25-30 grams
  • Carbohydrates: 40-50 grams
  • Fat: 10-15 grams
