Green Protein Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 large banana
- 1 handful of spinach leaves
- 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter (or almond butter)
- 1 cup almond milk (or your preferred milk type)
- 1 scoop vanilla-flavored protein powder
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1/2 cup ice (optional)
Instructions:
- Slice the banana and add it to the blender.
- Add the spinach leaves, peanut butter, almond milk, and protein powder.
- Add the chia seeds and honey (or maple syrup).
- Add ice (if you prefer a cold smoothie).
- Blend on high speed until all ingredients are smooth and well combined.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately.

- Calories: 350-400
- Protein: 25-30 grams
- Carbohydrates: 40-50 grams
- Fat: 10-15 grams
This smoothie provides the necessary proteins for muscle repair, sufficient carbohydrates for energy, and healthy fats. Plus, the spinach adds extra vitamins and minerals. Enjoy your nutritious post-workout drink!
