Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 garlic clove (finely chopped)
  • Salt and black pepper (optional)
  • Rice crackers
  • Optional toppings: red bell pepper, tomato slices, finely chopped fresh green onions

Instructions:

  1. Avocado Spread:

    • Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
    • Squeeze the lemon juice over the avocado and add the finely chopped garlic.
    • Mash the avocado with a fork until smooth.
    • Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  2. Assembly:

    • Spread the avocado mixture onto the rice crackers.
    • Top with optional toppings such as finely chopped fresh green onions, tomato slices, or red bell pepper pieces.
